How to request account deletion

You can request account deletion in one of the following ways:

1. Log in to the AirCook app.
2. Navigate to: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion request.

Alternatively, you may send a request to: support@aircook.app
Please include the email address associated with your account.

What data will be deleted

Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• User authentication data (Supabase Auth account)
• Profile information
• Saved recipes
• Favorites
• Weekly plans
• User-generated content

Data that may be retained

Certain data may be retained for legal or security purposes, including:

• Transaction records related to purchases (if applicable)
• Logs required for fraud prevention or legal compliance

Retention period: up to 12 months. After this period, the data is permanently deleted.

Processing time

We process account deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your account and associated data have been removed.
